HeartCore – wood that comes from the heart

Earlier this year, Pollmeier extended its product range by launching the HeartCore brand. HeartCore products are characterised by the distinctive wood grain pattern of beech heartwood, which gives the material its warm, natural look.

Rustic timber products are gaining in popularity. However, „rustic timber” is not a standardised grade, and there are no general rules regarding the permissible occurrence of knots, cracks, discolouration, etc. That is why Pollmeier decided to set up its own criteria for its HeartCore product range, ensuring top product quality combined with high brand recognition. HeartCore stands for modern yet timeless design, and all products of the range are manufactured from locally sourced beech lumber.

The HeartCore range includes solid timber boards (HeartCore Board) for the production of tables, wardrobes, beds, interior design and shop fittings. It also offers wall panelling combining a striking look with easy installation (HeartCore Shiplaps).

All products from Pollmeier Leimholz GmbH are made in Germany. As Pollmeier controls the entire value-added chain from round log sourcing to the finished product, the company warrants for the sustainability of its products. Automated machining and drying processes enable Pollmeier to maintain a consistent high quality standard across its entire product range.
