Note!
On submission of your project, including all photos and textual content, you waive the right to the payment of fees of any kind and the right to assert any claims. You hereby grant Pollmeier Massivholz GmbH & Co.KG the right to use your photos and textual content for all media channels (print and press products as well as Internet and film). No limitation of use in terms of time, place and contents has been agreed. The rights are transferred free of charge. You hereby guarantee that you are entitled to transfer these rights and are the owner of all necessary rights.
The resale of photos and textual content is not permitted. Pollmeier Massivholz GmbH & Co.KG affirms that the images and text will not be used for forbidden or criminal acts or in a defamatory manner. Moreover, the material will not be forwarded to third parties by Pollmeier Massivholz GmbH & Co.KG.
